RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Star Fashion1 Store will not accept any returns after 30 days.


Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Star Fashion1 and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.


Merchandise purchased online can be returned by mail to our warehouse (please see the address listed below).

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are unique and sometimes one of a kind and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

 

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

 *FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS):

Some items are FINAL SALE such as bodysuits and swim suits are non-returnable.

 

Return by Mail

  1. Please include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept "Sale" items, swimsuits, or bodysuits.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Star Fashion1 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Credit

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
